The Huron River

Water Sculpture
After a brief walk through the woods, the north-south path meets an east-west path along the riverbank. At this point, an open space has been cleared, with log benches and lots of grass. The riverbank is about seven feet above the river.

In the middle of the river, a rock sculpture has been built. The water flows over the rocks, forming a graceful double arc. The sculpture is maintained by a gentleman who visits frequently on weekends to move the rocks around a bit and to clear away any junk that has stuck in the shallower water.
