| Seen from above, the southeast corner of West Hall looks almost like the wall around a city, with the Engineering Arch providing access to the interior. The short tunnel runs directly through the building, allowing the Diag to pass from one side to the other. Between classes, this can be a very busy area, filled with students and street vendors, panhandlers and handbill pushers.
