Home at last, the Michigan Marching Band forms the block 'M' on the field. The band will mix traditional Michigan songs with popular and classical tunes, giving it one of the broadest repetoires of any college marching band And while it can't be captured in a photograph, no pregame or halftime show would be complete without the deep, booming voice of Marching Band announcer Carl Grapentine inviting the band to "take the field!"
