The Media Union's main entrance is at its northeast corner, facing the Diag and the Pierpont Commons. The huge main lobby of the building is enclosed by large, floor-to-ceiling glass walls, and filled with concrete and brick pillars like those on the outside. The interior floor plans are designed on a grid rotated 45 degrees from the building's rectangular footprint, leading to interesting interior spaces and occasional odd angles.
