North Campus

During the 1970s and 80s, the College of Engineering followed the Schools of Music, Art, and Architecture in their exodus to North Campus, across the Huron River and roughly one mile northeast of Central Campus.

Though new buildings are constantly being added, North Campus still features more open space and landscaping than the downtown campuses. This year, massive construction projects are completing the new "Media Union", an Engineering Center, and a bell tower, changing the whole character of the campus. It's an exciting time, with plenty of things to see and do.
