The SPRL building houses offices and laboratories for the Atmospheric, Oceanic, and Space Sciences department. Researchers here study the interactions between upper-atmospheric phenomena (solar wind, aurorae, and other solar-terrestrial interactions) and ground-based phenomena (like weather and sea conditions).
