Ron Liming
Lee's father, Dr. Ronald Liming, earned his PhD in Educational Administration
from the University of Michigan. He's recently retired from his position as a teacher in the Social Studies department
at Lapeer
East High School in Lapeer, Michigan.Ron spent more than fifteen years working in his local, regional, and state education associations, leading the improvement of educational programs and teaching conditions. He's now retired from those positions, and when he's not traveling to exotic climes he's spending much of his time assisting colleagues in the school district with their use of computers and the Internet. He is also a big Michigan football fan. On football Saturdays in the Fall, you'll find him in Michigan Stadium in the same seat he's sat in for more than twenty years (along with other members of our family). The rest of the year, he builds computer systems, reads historical novels, and watches whatever sports are on TV (especially if a University of Michigan team is playing). |
